NICE home!!! I see you have glass and metal tables in the living area.....would you want that same style in your eating area? A round one maybe? Then maybe some darker colored parson chairs with it? The darker legs would coordinate with the other room, too.

Thank you! Yes I think I would like that look...I don't love the idea of a wood table since we already have the wood floors and cabinets. Might be too much. We are starting a family soon though so I would worry about the safety of a glass table (already worrying about the ones in the living room :) ) Thanks for the ideas, will definitely think about them!

A round white wooden pedestal table would also be great in that space, with the white trim. You have a pedestal table in the other room, so this would tie in, too, and be child friendly. Good thing to always consider!!! Chairs could be white or still the darker parson ones, as they will wipe down, too.
