the mirror should be in level of your face so you can see your self in it

Just hang the mirror add in faux but "real looking" florals/leaves in the vases and you're done. Its a gorgeous mirror and the vase combo + mirrors looks great.

by eye-balling it mirror should hang approx -6-12 inches from the base of the table. the center should be centered with your face.

Great mirror, I also like your vases. I would like to see three things but I am not a fan of word signs. I am also not a fan of artificial greenery. I do like the scale of your sign with your other items.

The word sign isn't really permeant, I just found it and liked it so put it there. I also agree with not being a fan of artificial greenery. Do you have any suggestions of something else to put there?

I don't feel the vases need anything in them they feel sculptural. Perhaps a colorful art glass bowl. This isn't the right one but something along this line.

I believe that you should actually get rid of the table and the vases and resort to a very nice accent chair. You can then pair that with a tall vase and some more modern sticks in the vase. You can then hang the mirror at a height that you can actually see yourself in. In conclusion this will be a more eye catching accent wall and will definitely invite you INTO the home.

The mirror gives the impression that it may be too large for the table. It should be about 75% of the table's width (see example.) If it is too big, just remove the table, hang mirror with center point 5 feet off the floor and add a pretty accent chair (see example.)

I like the mirror and the vases, but not in combination with your table. The styles seem to conflict. Don't put the vases on an angle. Put them both on the right side, close to each other, maybe even the shorter one in front of the taller one, the taller one more on the outside of the table and the shorter one more towards the middle.

Ok, about the chair suggestion : I don't know if that will look right. I think the chair facing the door and having a room next to it will look sort of goofy.

I really like the first suggestion of the overstock mirror. But that would would make the mirror really big compared to the table.

When I got home I will check the size of the mirror compared to the table. And take pictures.

I just measured the table and compared what the other one size would be. I think the one you suggested might be to small, the hight would come up to the middle of the glass draws of the table I have now, and the width would be about 6 inches less.

Well I'm going to go to ikea (for a sectional in the living room). I will keep my eye open for something that would look good there. If I fine anything I will post a picture (:

I got it at a store called home goods, which is from the same company that owns tj max and marshals. It was 100 dollars, and I saw a almost identical one at z gallarie for 300.

NICE! Just make sure the bowl is not too big so your surface of the table is gone. You need some blank space, too. Maybe a small silver tray??? Or a larger silver tray and one vase sits on part of it.

You need to hang the mirror, and you have a good set up for a cool stripped rug, just add the rug the mirror and boom you have your self a beautiful entry.

I would accessorize a bit differently. Here my suggestion

I love the mirror and table combo. I'm a minimalist, so to me the two vases are perfect. It's clean simplicity and doesn't clutter the eye - shows off what you have, which is beautiful. As for a rug, I agree something in stripe would be fabulous. All entries need a rug, in my opinion, so no one slips when they walk in with wet shoes. Something in black and white and maybe a silver grey? Subtle, not bold. Have fun with it. So far it's lovely.

I was just watching a house tour video on youtube, and I saw this cool ottoman storage bench type thing that was under the table. Do you think something like that would look cool?

You do not have much depth to play with under the table. Not sure you could find anything that narrow, but I might be wrong. Find that pattern and color in a rug instead.

I found some cheap rugs, do you think something like one of those will look good?

Do you have that color anywhere else in the area? Is it a color you would want to introduce? I think you would need more of it than in just the rug.

Right now I guess it would be considered a introduction color. But I really like the color so I plan to add more of it.

If this is the route your taking i would add teal colored accessories instead if the white. White is present in the strucures if the walls already .

Well I like how I have it now, so what would look good? Like a more neutral rug? I sort of wanted more color, and I thought the rug would be a good place to utilize it.

The wall to the left of this table and mirror....could it have art on it? If the art you find has the color in it, then I think that would be the place to start to tie in the rug.

I never really thought of art on that wall, but I have high walls so maybe some art there. Let me take a picture of all the walls in the entry way. Do you have any suggestions where I should put some art without it looking dwarfed becuase there is so much wall space. I also thought about maybe a large painting above the wall left to the table.

Maybe we should leave the stairway wall alone, but I could see next to the doorway maybe? And I would not worry about how high the walls are as the eye does not truly look/see up that high for art. You would not want the art going above the doorway, either. Just a splash of color with blue and white by the doorway???
