I need to replace the couch and love seat there is no support left in them and at the same time I would like to update the look of the living room. My teen soon wants a sectional and I'm on the fence about a standard couch or the sectional. My concern is the placement and that it may take up to much space. I'm open to a complete redo of the room. I like the sideboard that he TV is on, have even considered having it redone in red. My goal is to get the room to look put together. I like darker furniture and simple classic lines, clean look like a tuxedo. I'm attaching pictures of the room as it is currently and the floor plan. Any suggestions/ideas are much appreciated.
