I'd move the tv under the four prints, then add a table up against the wall with the length going out toward the kitchen (where the tv is). You can put one chair on each side of the table, one close to the wall, then other at the other end, on the other side of the table.

Thinking out loud, would it be possible to put the brown sofa opposite the green one, creating a better walkway from the stairs into the living room. The TV on the yellow wall and a desk against the back of the brown sofa. Included a link to the page about the DIY desk, that might give you an idea to create your own desk.
