You have a beautiful bathroom. I chose a soft teal blue for the walls. I think the shower curtain is a bit too dark so I chose a lighter one. Keep your shower curtains open because it makes the room look smaller when you have them closed like you do. Adding art work and accessories will change everything. I added a frame around your mirror in the same color as your vanity. Just a few tweaks here and there and your bathroom will be just the way you want it. Good luck !

Hang the shower curtain outside the tub area. Add artwork on the walls. Put a rug on the floor.

You have a beautiful bathroom. Perhaps something green like a plant in a small glass vase can really lighten up the room. If you want to do further you can replace your countertop with a white marble one. :)

I agree. Room needs color. Looks like a black & white photograph. The easiest ways to add color is adding a area rug and changing the shower curtain. I would like a small indoor plant on the counter top. Wall art is a good idea also

Yes, use a clear vinyl liner inside the shower on your present rod. Then add pretty decorative curtain outside. Use a decorative curtain rod and real curtains outside to get more length and beauty. You could mount the rod just under the vent and above the shower frame. Hang regular curtains, and draw them back with curtain holdbacks when you want light in the shower. Another reason I prefer clear inside shower curtains is to let in more light.

Careful with the vinyl showers. Make sure that whatever you buy is phthalate-free

Small bright artwork on the wall across from the toilet would liven things up in your monotone bathroom. Floating shelves above the toilet could hold decorative items such as old perfume bottles, small baskets to add storage for small items or tissues :)

I like the monochrome look in there tbh. I'd add a red or blue bath mat, and a little pot of moss (a red pot? Blue? Yellow?) and call it good. I dislike hanging art in a bathroom because I'm always worried the steam will wreck it, but you could get some bathroom proof art I suppose. I kind of like the idea of a stained glass artwork.

Hang your shower curtain (s) like a window treatment. Instantly adds interest and elegance for little effort or money.
