This is a very nice lot of Super White. This material has become very popular for those that like the look of marble but desire better durability. It is important to know however, this is not a true Quartzite. It is considered to be a "hard" marble and geologically speaking, I've been told it's a Dolomite.

It does in fact resist scratching and staining better than Carrara and similar marbles, but it can in fact scratch and stain under certain conditions and situations. It remains a very good choice for kitchen counters, as long this is understood and expectations are realistic.

And similar to Carrara marble, the more grey it is, the harder it is. The whiter the softer. The white is also much more difficult to quarry and process.

We have the slabs in the photo arriving at the end of March, many of which are already sold.
