My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is the kids loungeroom, not so bad during the day as I open the verticals and have the view of the pool and garden. Lounge has to stay as well as artwork ( my daughter did this at 7 years old) it feel depressing at night, help please!

I would replace the valance with curtains, add an area rug, paint the walls and add throw cushions for color and pattern. See before and after. Hover arrow over picture to enlarge.
