My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The projection from the house is 12ft and the length of the deck and pergola is 31ft. Our clients wanted to be able to have dinner parties on the deck.

      If you were asking about the pergola member sizes, the beams are 4x8, posts are 6x6, and top trellis members are 3x3.
