My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Who are you directing that comment to joyy91? I didn't post the picture, nor am I the designer. I don't know 100% where the chandelier is from, I just happen to receive Ballard Designs catalog & they're ALWAYS putting their Gabrielle chandelier on sale... it looks pretty near 99.9% just like this. Chill out. This is a home design portfolio & inspiration website; not the CIA!!
