Hidden door how to?

Hello there,

Does anyone know how to achieve an out-swing hidden door like this? How can you get a seamless look? What treatments can be applied (wallpaper? Drywall? Trim?) without making to door too heavy? Thank you!!!

    Not sure how this one was done but you could use Soss hinges which don't have the traditional hinge pins. I've seen them on racket-ball doors at the local YMCA.
