Well, the grass always look greener on the other side :). This is really true .....

For this area I used Palmetto sod. I had St. Augustine here before and it did not survive because there was not enough sunlight on it. Palmetto is for shade & sun. It is really pretty when the grubs and chinch bugs have not gotten a hold of it. It does seem to attract the bugs more than the St. Augustine I have noticed. And, when the bugs start on it, in no time it has loads of dead patches. I don't know if I would recommend it.
