My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Amy, show this grouping of photos to your floor finisher. It will give them something to start from. This stain looks similar to English Chestnut.

      I realize this is a custom mix, but could you provide at least what was used in the mix? I'm trying to recreate this look and am not pleased with using any one individual stain.

      I would say it definitely includes English Chestnut. Maybe some Walnut as well.
