We live in Sun City TX. Our house size is fine, except for a dining room. We moved here to downsize, AND to be close to our 3 sons, 3 daughters in law, and 4 grandchildren. I love to entertain, and want to convert the porch and make it a part of the house, not a sun room. I want some wall spaces for sconces or wall art, some large windows, possibly even a corner banquette with cushy pillows.
