We are buying a high end new-construction townhouse in the urban northeast. We are concerned that some of the allowances the builder is offering for fixtures may be a little low. I'd love people's comments on the topic. Here they are:

tiles - master $10/sf other baths $8/sf
countertops (granite)- master $1500, others $500
vanities (includes hardware) - master $2K, others $600

Grateful for any insight that people have. Our taste is modern.
