My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The glazing in the image you sent is all custom 1/2" glass set in a channel top and bottom and silicone glazed to the steel support columns 14' on center. The operable sliding doors and windows in this home are all Fleetwood brand, which I highly recommend.

    Great look! What is the typical cost of butt glass and the installation used in this application per square foot? Is it more or less expensive than regular aluminum framing with glass since you dont have the extra framing?

    It can be less expensive if you have an installer familiar with the installation.
