I'm putting up lights on the sides of my garage door. One side is 33" of space and the other is 39". Should I center the lights on each side, one at 16.5", the other at 19.5"? Or should I make them both at 16.5" and just have 6 extra inches on the one side. The guy putting them up said that he would just measure from the garage door, but I kind of think they should be centered? Any suggestions?
