My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Was this a tub conversion?

If so, how difficult was it to relocate the drain. Any recommendations for doing a similar project?

    Look at the Kohler Salient shower pan. It is designed to replace a standard 30 x 60. We used it last year. It's beautiful, cast iron.

    The Kohler Bellwether receptor is great for tub replacements too.

    Are those Bellwether receptors new? They look squarer than the Salient. We had to fur out the walls to overcome the rounded lip of the Salient for the shower door to work.

    Thanks for telling me. After seeing it, I was having a bit of buyers remorse. I have a Salient sitting in my garage that I'm getting ready to replace a small tub with. I bought it during the after Thanksgiving sales.......$500!
