My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I found the company who made the floor which I can't recall. Canadian company that will not ship into the US. It is an LVT (laminate flooring) I found something similar that I am using in my place. By karndean opus canita wood. Looks amazing and very durable
