Ideas for Exterior

I love this house and am trying to get my dear friend to buy it, but she thinks it's a dump. Can anyone suggest simple (and inexpensive makeovers) so that I can show her the potential? It's such a great deal that I don't want her to loose out on what she could have. Of course, I'm not trying to force her into anything, just wanting her to see what the house could be. Help and thanks in advance!!!
