HI -- No , don't try to match the blues -- get another color carpet . How about a natural fiber (sisal )carpet that has a nice texture or some of those "Flor " carpet tiles for easy care . Or a printed floral carpet that has a similar blue in the mix.

The rug exists in a beige version as well. I like the modern pattern and need something non skid for the entry.

That's a possibility, but until you check it out in the light of your house we only know that it might work.

It was on sale so I may exchange it out and see how beige goes.

I would pick a rug with just a little bit of blue in it or none at all. A nice solid gold rug would look gorgeous with your walls and flooring.

Depends on how much of the teal/blue color you want. Do you want solid,or print, or design? What is your style?

I like the idea of a tan or beige color. Especially at the door it hides dirt and mud.
