My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The island was completely custom and fabricated in sections that were constructed on site. It has storage on the sides and front end with touch latch doors so you don't know they are actually functional -- to give it a furniture appearance. The manufacturer was Rutt HandCrafted Cabinetry. A beautiful line!

    The counter top is glass on custom stainless steel stand-offs to provide a small seated space.
