Renovating master bath

We have a home in the $400,000 price category. We will selL in 3 to 5 years. We have updated the kitchen and now are doing the master bath. My question is, how crucial is a solid counter granite cut from a single slab versus granite tiles with very little grout line in a bath counter application for resale?
