I am the homeowner. The floor tile was from subwaytile.com aka Subway Ceramics. It is their "white" 1" unglazed hex tile (even though it is more of a creamy white). The floor tile grout is by Laticrete and the color is "light pewter". The wall tile is from DAL tile and it from their "Rittenhouse Square" line. The wall tile was primarily 3" x 6" subway tile and in color "0100 white" (this white too is more of a creamy white). Laticrete brand grout was also used for the wall tile but it was in the color "silver shadow". We were really wanting the bathroom to look period appropriate since our house was built in 1905. So we spent a long time researching tile and grout options. To get a more authentic look we would have preferred to go with Subway Ceramic Tile's subway tile on our walls, but our budget dictated something less expensive, hence the DAL tile. The Subway Ceramic hex floor tile looks beautiful and we don't regret for a minute spending extra on it because it looks exactly like an old house bathroom floor. Though not our first choice, the DAL wall tile turned out nice. Even though the wall and floor tile is from two different companies, they look really good together. Grout color and the shade of white tile makes a huge difference in whether the bathroom will look like it is from the turn of the century and we were glad that we went with a creamy white tile (instead of a stark white) and the light grey grout colors (instead of white or a darker grey).
