My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Scaled a floor plan lager and now having issues with layout options!!

My husband and I FINALLY agreed on a floor plan for our new house and we submitted it to our contracting company to have the architect draw up preliminary prints for us. My husband want the whole house to be scaled up 15% to increase square footage. Once the architect drew it up, however, some of the room layouts changed/look strange!! My master bath is a big one! I just cant envision it! The other room is the entry from the garage. I preferred the original layout where it was all open, but we needed to add a small powder room on that level. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
