We use Riobel all the time and have had great luck with them. Good looking, good quality and good pricing. We have a Riobel (YS) faucet in our office that is almost 9 years old and it's still in perfect condition!

Does the faucet meets expectations as far as ease of use of the pull down and the durability of the chrome finish. Thank you.

Hi jaymt, thanks for raising that. I just got some feedback from the homeowner. They said that the mechanism (volume, hot/cold) works great, and the finish is very durable-- it looks brand new even after a year. When the faucet was first installed, their contractor noticed it had a slow leak, but it was fixed immediately and they've had no further problems. Hope that helps!

I really appreciate your prompt reply. I really love the look of this faucet and I am ready to order it but could not find any consumer reviews on Riobel kitchen faucets. Thank you.

Have you used Riobel for bathroom fixtures and had a good experience with them, I am considering them for my bathrooms but cannot find any ratings in the US...
