My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I don't think I can help much on this. Although I was the photographer of this project (which appeared in Architectural Digest Magazine, Sept. 1996, pp.96-103), since then I haven't had contact with the designer, Larry Fernandez of San Francisco. Perhaps you can look him up. The article doesn't mention the source of the table and chairs except to say that the were from the owner's own collection.
