Do you have 2nd level photographs? Where could I buy the house plan? I just love it so much. :)

i do have some second level pics yet they are just basic bedrooms without much detail so i did not stage. the bath with the black vanity top is the upstairs (kids) bath. both upper bedrooms look like this pic attached. the upper hall has the kid's playroom at the end. the floorplan was custom for this home to accommodate historic regulations as well as "as-built" floorplan. typically i do not sell or buy floorplans.

It's really shocking to see how much the houses on either side change, especially the one on the left!

What a beautiful home!…And a beautiful transformation! I would like to know the color of the wood floors? The flooring looks original, just sanded and stained!!
If so what color stain did you use?

@jwynell thanks. the house had original heart pine flooring in front and then we added red oak in the rear. the stain color used overall was Brazil Nut 3130 in satin https://www.sherwin-williams.com/homeowners/color/find-and-explore-colors/stain-colors/SW3130-brazilnut

I don't understand how the houses on either side changed so dramatically. Actually seems like the house was lifted and moved. And assuming the house is in it's original location, why would BOTH houses on either side renovate at the same time? I love the transformation. Neighbors must have been ecstatic but still baffled by the other two house...
