Queen Anne Bungalow ResurrectionTraditional Exterior, Atlanta

The bungalow after renovation. You can see two of the upper gables that were added but still fit the size and feel of the home. Soft green siding color with gray sash allows the blue of the door to pop.

Thank you. Unfortunately the plans were plans for a renovation of an existing home and are not set for new build. Also, because the business paid for these plans they are not for sale to the general public. Sorry to say that. But good luck with your new build. Please use these images as inspiration as you hire your architect and proceed forward.

    Cheers,

    Carl

thank you very much. sorry for the delay in response. i am not sure how i missed this one. currently the only way to obtain floor plans on this home is to purchase them and i am not able to sell at this time. may architects could surely create you what you see in the photos.

the roof is an architectural shingle and the color is weathered wood. many suppliers carry this style yet i do not have the manufacturer readily available.

AFTER: Mattison’s careful renovation, aided by Round Here Renovations, returned the home to its charming heritage. Although he was limited with what he could do to the facade, he used soft paint colors, installed a new wood railing and restored the original wood siding to earn the home newfound street cred. He added three dormers to the unused attic space — one on either side and one in the back — to add 980 square feet for two bedrooms, a family playroom and a large bathroom, expanding the house from two bedrooms and one bathroom to four bedrooms and three baths.
