will this fit in my foyer

I have 9'ceilings in my front hall....will this be too long?
Is the actual fixture without chain 9"x9"?

Hi. The actual fixture is 9x9 and the height is adjustable from 20"-51"

can the chain height be less than 20 inches if we adjust for a lower hang level?
