My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Loved the contrasting and complementary roof on the porch. This is a little something we could do to update. Our ranch is the exact footprint of this one. We love it, but it could use some freshening up! Could your refer me to some new ideas to replace the traditional medallion vent on the portico? TIA

      Stunning home..great job! Thanks for providing shingle supplier!! It is strong yet does NOT compete with brick. A roof is often 50% of mass and PERMANENT..no repainting and $$$$$$.
