We need a bit more information, and pictures of the areas if possible. What color are your walls, your woodwork, your cabinetry? What style is your home? Do you have furniture, rugs, or artwork? Is there a look you are going for? We can say "choose number 3" but that might not mean anything.

I think the hickory would be beautiful. You have sort of a rustic look going with the natural stone FP and the pine beams. You could even go with more character if you wanted to. I like the idea of an oiled floor as opposed to a shiny finished one.

What do you think of these?

I like the idea of the third one, but it looks a bit green on my monitor so I don't know. But I think it is the right idea - rustic.

The first one, the oak, is very classic and I think it can give you a good looking floor.
