Great idea, and yes it is a mirrored backsplash (only in an RV... or Vegas!) I'm thinking of going a little Hollywood too, trying to work with the mirrors and gold accents rather than against. We have some extra dark bamboo flooring that I'll lay down and go from there. Thank you!

You could really have fun with this project! We use to own a 30 foot trailer. Great family fun ahead. I included some inspirational photos to illustrate anything goes in a travel bus.

Have been an RVer. The cheese is part of the fun. I would say leave the cabinetry & mirrors. New furniture or reupholster and "Wagons, Ho!"

the wood tone would work well with this and you just switch out the mauve carpet for a neutral berber - even use flor carpet tile so you could remove and replace / scrub them down. Some acid green and turquoise pillows.

Choose a fabric that works well with white so you can keep the white vinyl (wipe it down) and make it mod. You can go very funky by taking all the kitchen cabinets turquoise as well but this particular fabric is better for the wood as is - you can use polyshades to take it one shade deeper if you like.
