I am considering using two different stains for my kitchen cabinets. I want to use knotty hickory wood and would do the upper cupboards in a light/burnt color stain and the bottoms in a dark brown stain. I haven't seen many pictures using 2 different stains and was wondering if it would look good. I am using a light granite counter top with gray veins and small copper colored spots. The backsplash would be a white subway tile matching my countertop. The photo attached is the color of the tile floor. Thanks!
