We are long term renters. Owners are thrilled with any improvements we make. We really miss having a pool but would be happy with some type of "non permenant" water feature! The huge oaks shade the entire back half of the yard, so.....sad, sporadic grass. We are happy to plant, move stones, pavers, rocks, fence, add "removable scape" if owners desire when we move. Oh...we have 2 active dogs AND 3 grand dogs who visit a lot! We love being outside, but dogs track in dirt a lot. We keep the doors open most of the time and want to enjoy the outdoors more!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!
