My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Check out Overstock.com. I think I just saw this rug on there 15 minutes ago! So I uploaded a picture of it. It is item # 13684049 and is $186.89. Let me know if I just made your day!!! ;P Perhaps it is just a slight bit different but still amazing...

Dwellstudio makes a rug that's somewhat similar in color and line. http://www.houseandhold.com/room-decor/floor/designer-rugs/dwellstudio-rugs-gate-ash-cream.html

Actually, I look at rugs a lot!! Too much! Here is another, I will upload. It is by Surya, one of my favorite rug manufacturers. They have a great website and I'm sure you could find this in another color.

Sorry software would not let me upload the rug. But it is on the Horchow website and is called Panthea, it is in blue but perhaps you could get it in another color.
