The only thing that I would do differently is to switch the desk with the drawers so that you have room for a chair in front of the desk........the chair can also sit up against the blank wall when you are not using it at the desk.........

Do you have any plans for night stands on either side of bed or lamps?

Thanks for your suggestion nmshea, I do not think that I would have enough room for side tables as I have to allow room for both the drawers and wardrobe to open.

Don't know how that window configures, but if you can put the bed under it I think you'll enjoy more restful secure sleep. Depending on how the doors to the wardrobe configure, you can install an IKEA Besta system on the end wall for lots of storage. There'll be room for a desk on the wall in front of the door. You can also surround the bed/window with Besta too.
