My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Does the awning have a gutter to it? What is the framework of the awning made out of?

      It is a custom steel fabrication and no there is not a specific gutter attached.

      Thanks for your reply. We designed a building, then saw your cover with a sheet of corrugated metal on top of the structure and loved it. We asked the builder to draw up plans to incorporate this into the steel framed building. He has a 8"x2"x1/8" steel tubing for the support structure of the cover. After he sent this to us, I reviewed additional pictures you had uploaded and it appeared to possibly have another piece on the facing of the structure. Thanks for clarifying.

      The awning supports are custom with 3/4" dia. steel rods connected to steel brackets at the edge of the awning and the house.
