My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Great design! Is the island Ikea? Im trying to figure out how to do exactly this..with a sink..and storage. Id love to know more about your island design. Also the white cabinets do not look Ikea...are they really?

    cabinets are all ikea, island has caesarstone top and one side. there is wood framing behind cabinets and at other end
