My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It looks like a reclaimed floor, probably mixed species too. Its very pretty. Floors like this are often made from reclaimed Barn wood. Farmers would use whatever trees were nearby to make the Barn, when it came time to reclaim it into flooring you get a snapshot of all the local species from over 100 years ago.
