We're looking for a new gas range for our kitchen. We live in a somewhat remote area, so we have a propane tank. I've read conflicting information on blogs about whether buying a NAT range with an LP conversion will produce as good of results as buying a propane ready range. I've also read that BTU performance is based upon NAT and you can expect to lose 15-30% output after converting to LP. Is there any truth to any of this? We're currently considering getting a GE Cafe series with an LP converter vs paying up for an LP ready Wolf or Viking. Any advice is welcome. Thanks!
