Prob all the trim is the same color.

You should also add more lighting. Paint the ceiling white. A semi gloss. A glass tile or tin backsplash.

I think the cabinets are fine if they're in decent condition. What I'd do is change the pendants to ones with white shades or shiny metal, update the barstools and add distinctive rugs, probably kilims. This kitchen needs textiles. Under cabinet lighting, too.
