You appeared to have moved plumbing slightly for tub and shower, your glass doors here in the northeast would be about $2k alone. And it looks like you have hansgrohe pura Vida shower valves.

Did you do any of the labor yourself?

The only thing I don't care for in the bath is that floor register near the vanity. That would have to have been moved.

We saved money by acting as the general contractor ourselves. But we did have enough connections to get contractors pricing on a lot of the items. We found that most suppliers were happy to work on pricing if we just asked. Our friend in the flooring biz really worked his magic on the calacatta gold pricing and we were able to find a remnant slab for the shower bench and apron. We did move the plumbing and those are hansgrohe shower heads, which I found online for hundreds less then the store. We mixed Delta controls with hansgrohe to save a bit. I did all the wall texture and painting myself, so I'm sure that saved tons ;).
I agree about the vent, it's my least favorite thing about the bathroom. We couldn't move it up under the vanity without getting an engineer involved because of the way our joists ran, centering it was our only option. It kills me, I hate it. I have found a company online were you can send them a piece of your tile and they will make a flush mounted register so it's a perfect match. It's on my to do list.

That will look fabulous. We have one guy who does it all, our contractor does plumbing, tile work, electrical so I guess I'm the general too. We did our kitchen last summer and found the labor to be around $3000 per week for 4 weeks. I just have to get smart like you. What is your geographical area of the country A C?

We got a lot of our plumbing at Ferguson and the marble at Daltile, I'm pretty sure they have locations in CA. Just don't ever pay asking price for it!

I own a flooring retail store and we sell dal tile.
In my own home I used dal tile first snow which is whiter than carrera and Calcutta. Love it.
I also am a general contractor and do kitchen and bath remodels on a daily basis. I do 90% of the work myself. I sub out the electric. We do plumbing "in house" because my cousin whom is a flooring salesman for me full time is a licensed plumber.
So I'm very familiar with your products and this line of work that's why i asked about budget. It's a good, reasonable price.
Most clients don't understand what's involved. Your tile work is the most difficult part of your project.
Your project takes about 3 weeks to complete plus the wait time for glass doors from a-z including painting. So labor for your bath would be about 15k plus materials. So your budget is spot on.

In regards to your floor register I understand you now since your joists are in the way. I think the flush mounted vent is a great idea.
I was thinking about it in one of my personal baths. In my powder room I installed the entire floor in 1 single slab of carrera marble. The only thing I hate is the 2x12 white floor register.

My MB looks the same, though I already have plantation shutters above my jetted tub, and the cabinets are painted white. I am trying to figure out what to do with the whole thing. The trend is to go with separate smaller mirrors above the sinks, yet we have a gorgeous view that is reflected in the mirror from the window. Also, I prefer as one comment posted, a place to sit when I am drying my hair, etc. So, I will most likely keep the huge mirror and add a beveled frame. Plus, I have a fur down above the sinks (ceilings are 10 ft) where I have LED recessed lighting. In the center of the bathroom is a crystal chandelier. Everything else I am stealing, so Thank You for sharing!

I particularly like the herringbone (I think) pattern on back wall of shower stall--nice touch that just takes it up several notches in design/creativity factor...

The mirrors are not medicine cabinets, I got them at Z Gallerie.

You totally nailed it. I hope people look at this and see that you stayed away from accent bands and inserts which can really date a bathroom. Only the subtile touch of diagonal or herringbone tiles.

One tiny suggestion. Three mercury glass vases or canisters placed on the counter between the two mirrors would hide the plug and fill that space.

Maybe two canisters and one vase for fresh flowers?
