I noticed you have a few metals between the accent table, sconces, and end table. I love the look and you made it work beautifully. Is there a wrong way of matching them?

    The key to mixing metals is repeating finishes. If you are bringing in brass into your scheme of existing silver metals the key is to have more than one piece. Some metals work better together than others. For instance, brass and polished nickel look great together, and brushed nickel and oil rubbed bronze partner up well too. Mixing metals looks modern - Matching metals looks dated.

    Is the Barbara Barry pendant hanging on an extended chain or rod? It is on the Circa website showing a very short down rod.
