these actually look like nautical maps. You might still be able to get your hands on them - they announced last year or in the past year that the govt would stop making them. They are only about 12.00 if they are still available and not jacked up due to scarcity. Pick your state, county, etc. Update: Yes these are NOAA charts. There are a handful of companies that are authorized to print them now. The real deal is with NauticalWalls.com They take a chart and expand it or a section of it to fit your wall. Amazing product. Doesn't have the "patchwork" look. Nauticalchartwallpaper.com been around for years.

These are in fact Nautical Charts. Any full service marine store should stick the local charts that boaters use. In this case it was the Great Lakes. Charts also can be purchased on line. However, make sure you have a wallpaper professional who has done something like this before. Chart out on the floor/template the locations of where you want the maps to go.
