My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the finish on these floors? We are finalizing our decision for finish type and product of our new reclaimed pine floors and love the look of these. Thanks!

    These were oily pine floors so the finish was a little different. It took a shellac layer to seal the oil. Typically this look would be best achieved with a number of oil coats. All heart pine takes oil differently, so it may take a number of coats.
