You could add a row or so of pavers to neaten it up and clean up the edges.

More explanation. Our Neighbors all have sod or railroad ties or larger river rocks in this area and to the street. I do not like those as our future design. I would like to hear what you might do rather than rocks or sod. Would you add in cement beams or planters? I wish the coty would lay a real curb and sidewalk, but they are not. What can I use next to the street to hold the rocks in place? As of now they end up outside of the area and in the street and driveway. Thank you.

Trim the trees some. You are so close to the street.... you could fall into it! You need some ornamental pavers to trim along the street line.... exterior lighting, and some low profile plants there.... I would tear out whatever is along the bottom of the fence.

How about permeable parking pavers along that easement area? Like one of these below
