For the sinks, you can probably get away with a single standard 60w bulb in each sconce, or about 800 lumens. 1200 lumens would be better, and a 100w bulb or 1600 lumens mihht be overkill and would probably need a dimmer. The makeup vanity, on the other hand, should be around 1200 lumens minimum and probably better at 1600 with a dimmer or two sets of lights. The makeup vanity elevation shows the mirror way too high for the intended purpose of using a chair. I would possibly look into LED strip lights to go up each side of that mirror on a separate switch than the light above the mirror. The light above the mirror will be too high if a person sits down at that vanity. It is really the one vanity out of the three that actually has the most benefit from lights on the sides of the mirror.
