What is the maximum room size for this fan?

We have a long living room and wondering if just one fan would suffice, or if two are needed. What coverage does this fan provide?

The Aviation is an excellent choice as well. In either case, you certainly will want 2 fans for optimum coverage of a room your dimension. I still would recommend the Artemis XL5 because it will move about 20% more air (8289 CFM) than the Aviation (6604 CFM). This is because the blades on the Aviation are closer to the ceiling which has a negative impact on airflow. There is certainly enough headroom for the Artemis with a ceiling height of 8.4 feet. The Artemis comes with a bottom cap that replaces the light fixture so you can install it with or without the light. However, it has been my experience that most people who do not anticipate using the light end up using it for additional ambiance, especially since it is easily controlled and dimmed by the remote. In any case, I am sure you will be quite satisfied with either fan...they are both top quality fans with exceptional character and wow factor.

A fan like this will provide sufficient airflow in a room about 15 x 15. As with any ceiling fan, the majority of the air is concentrated directly beneath the fan, so large rooms generally require 2 fans for maximum comfort. Can you please tell me what the dimensions of the room are as well as the height of the ceiling. Also, if you can post some pictures of the room, it would be helpful....I may be able to offer more accurate advice that pertains to your room layout.

Thanks for the quick response. The room is 12.9w x24.2l x 8.4h - after looking at the other options we think that we might be more interested in the Minka Aire Aviation Ceiling Fan Model F853-BN/DK due to its shorter height, and that we don't need a light with it.

# I am looking for a ceiling fan with a wooden distressed look for my bedroom (preferably without light). My house is built and decorated as an old traditional stone house with wooden furniture.

# My bedroom is of a big size (6x5 meters area and 7.5 meters ceiling height). The room is actually under the brick ceiling.

# I live in Beirut, Lebanon (middle east).

No, unfortunately the Artemis ceiling fans are all designed for indoor use only, they are not rated for damp or wet locations.

Sorry to say we do not ship outside the USA. None of our fans are tested and rated for sale in Lebanon. Even more, they are all for 110-120 volt power supply.
