I decided to paint clouds on the ceiling in our bedroom. Tried blotting the paint on with a rag but couldn't get the effect I was looking for. Blew up a small balloon, dipped it in paint and pressed it to the ceiling. It was so fabulous. A couple days later I decided it was beautiful but needed a few more clouds in certain places. Initially I had everything covered with tarp. Just to put in a few more clouds I didn't bother covering anything up. I blew up a new balloon, dipped it in paint, and it exploded when I touched the ceiling!! OMG - in the DVD player, mirrors, carpet and my biofocals. I never did get it all off my glasses!!
