This product works really well, but you must follow the directions and wait the specific time between steps. It takes longer than you think it will. Also you can get the paint tinted to ANY color you want! You don't have to stick with white or other colors that they sell. I did this to get an idea of what white cabinets would look like in our kitchen, before gutting our kitchen and ordering white cabinets:) Have fun with this!
